Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to all interactive D³ services, platforms, and communications. D³ is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and authentic community. By participating in any D³ interactive service, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Harassment and Threats

Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, or stalk any person. This includes repeated unwanted contact, threats of violence, and coordinated campaigns targeting individuals.

2. Hate Content

Do not post content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

3. Impersonation

Do not impersonate D³, Tina Darae, D³ staff, other participants, or any other person or entity in a misleading way.

4. Spam and Fraud

Do not post spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or deceptive content. Do not engage in fraud, phishing, or other deceptive practices.

5. Doxxing and Privacy Violations

Do not post private information about any person without their consent, including home addresses, phone numbers, financial information, or other personal details. Do not use information obtained through D³ participation to locate, contact, or expose any person outside of D³ activities.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Do not post content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Only submit content you have the right to share.

7. Sexual Exploitation and Child Safety

Do not post sexually explicit content in any D³ community space. Do not post any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. D³ will report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement.

8. Illegal Content

Do not post content that promotes, facilitates, or constitutes illegal activity, including drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, or financial crimes.

9. Malware and Platform Abuse

Do not distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to D³ systems, accounts, or data. Do not use automated tools to scrape, spam, or abuse D³ platforms.

10. Deceptive Synthetic Media

Do not create or distribute synthetic media (deepfakes, AI-generated voice or video) that falsely depicts real people in a deceptive or harmful manner without their consent.

11. Enforcement

D³ may remove content, suspend access, or take other action for violations of these guidelines. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement. D³ reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation in its reasonable discretion.
