Content Standards
These Content Standards apply to all content submitted, uploaded, or contributed to D³ by contributors, guests, participants, and production partners. All content submitted to D³ must comply with these standards. Violation may result in removal of content, suspension of access, and other remedies available under applicable agreements.
1. Ownership and Rights
You may only submit content that you own or have the legal right to license to D³ for the purposes described in your contributor agreement. This includes:

Music is a common source of rights issues. Before submitting content containing music:
- Use only music you own, music in the public domain, or music for which you have obtained both synchronization (sync) and master use licenses

- D³ may require a cue sheet listing all music in your content
- D³ may mute or remove music that cannot be cleared

- Deceptive synthetic media — deepfakes or AI-generated content that falsely depicts real people without their consent in a harmful or deceptive manner
- Unauthorized personal information — content that exposes private information about individuals without their consent
4. Content Requiring Disclosure
The following content requires advance disclosure to D³:
- Content involving minors — must comply with applicable child labor laws and require parent/guardian consent
- Content involving sensitive health topics — must include appropriate disclaimers
