Contributor Application Terms
These Contributor Application Terms govern your submission of a contributor access request to D³ ("D³," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a contributor access request, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the Application
Submitting a contributor access request is not a guarantee of approval. D³ reviews all requests and approves access in its sole discretion. Submission of a request does not create any contractual relationship, employment relationship, or obligation on the part of D³.
2. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information you provide in your contributor access request is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate denial or revocation of access.
3. No Compensation for Application
D³ does not compensate applicants for submitting a contributor access request. Submission of a request does not entitle you to any payment, credit, or other compensation.
4. Review Process
D³ will review your request and notify you of its decision by email. Review may take up to 5 business days. D³ is not required to provide a reason for denial.
5. If Approved
If your request is approved, you will receive login instructions by email. Access is conditioned on your execution of the D³ Contributor Content License & Distribution Agreement (D3-CONTRIBUTOR) and compliance with D³ Content Standards (D3-CONTENT-STANDARDS). Access may be revoked at any time for violation of applicable agreements or standards.
6. Confidentiality of Application
By submitting a contributor access request, you acknowledge that information about D³ productions, programming, and operations that you learn during the application process is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.
7. Data Use
Information you provide in your contributor access request will be used to evaluate your request, communicate with you about your application, and maintain records of contributor access. See the D³ Privacy Notice for more information.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
