Section 1 — Participant Responsibility for Expenses

I understand and agree that participation in a D³ Media / D³ TV program, production, audition, casting event, competition, interview, rehearsal, recording, or related activity may require me to incur personal expenses.

Unless D³ Media / D³ TV expressly agrees otherwise in writing before an expense is incurred, I understand that I am solely responsible for all expenses associated with my participation.

These expenses may include, but are not limited to:

Airfare
Gasoline
Mileage
Rental vehicles
Rideshare services
Taxi services
Public transportation
Parking
Tolls
Lodging and hotel accommodations
Meals and beverages
Wardrobe
Hair
Makeup
Personal grooming
Childcare
Pet care
Lost wages
Time away from employment
Shipping or transporting personal items
Personal equipment
Incidentals
Any other personal or travel-related expenses

D³ Media / D³ TV is not responsible for arranging or paying for transportation, lodging, meals, or other personal expenses unless D³ Media / D³ TV specifically agrees to do so in writing.

I understand that I am responsible for my own travel, lodging, transportation, meals, and other expenses associated with participating in this production unless D³ Media / D³ TV expressly agrees otherwise in writing. *

Section 2 — No Reimbursement Without Prior Written Approval

I understand that I may not incur expenses on behalf of D³ Media / D³ TV with the expectation of reimbursement.

D³ Media / D³ TV will not reimburse expenses unless the expense was specifically approved in writing by an authorized representative of D³ Media / D³ TV before the expense was incurred.

I understand that verbal conversations, assumptions, text messages from unauthorized individuals, or my decision to incur an expense do not create an obligation for D³ Media / D³ TV to reimburse me. *

Section 3 — No Guarantee of Compensation

Unless I have entered into a separate written compensation agreement with D³ Media / D³ TV, I understand that applying for, auditioning for, being selected for, rehearsing for, filming, recording, or otherwise participating in a D³ Media / D³ TV production does not automatically entitle me to payment, salary, appearance fees, per diem, reimbursement, royalties, or other compensation.

I understand that compensation, if any, must be stated in a separate written agreement. *

Section 4 — No Guarantee of Appearance or Broadcast

I understand that participation in filming, recording, auditions, interviews, competitions, rehearsals, or other production activities does not guarantee that I will appear in the final program.

D³ Media / D³ TV may determine, in its discretion and subject to any applicable written agreement, whether recorded material is edited, shortened, omitted, rescheduled, distributed, broadcast, streamed, promoted, or otherwise used.

I understand that being selected or filmed does not guarantee that I will appear in the final production or that the production will be released on a particular date or platform. *

Section 5 — Personal Arrangements

I am responsible for making any personal arrangements necessary for my participation, including transportation, accommodations, childcare, pet care, time away from work, and other personal obligations.

I understand that D³ Media / D³ TV is not responsible for losses associated with missed work, canceled travel, personal scheduling conflicts, or other personal arrangements except where expressly agreed to in writing. *

Section 6 — Acknowledgment

BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

•I have read this entire document.
•I understand its terms.
•I have had the opportunity to ask questions before signing.
•I understand that I am responsible for my own expenses unless D³ Media / D³ TV agrees otherwise in writing.
•I am signing this acknowledgment voluntarily.
