D³ Gives Back Volunteer Release

This Volunteer Release ("Release") governs the participation of volunteers ("Volunteer") in D³ Gives Back community events, service projects, and charitable initiatives. By volunteering for D³ Gives Back, Volunteer agrees to this Release.

1. Nature of Participation

Volunteer's participation in D³ Gives Back activities is voluntary and uncompensated. Volunteer is not an employee of D³ and is not entitled to any employment benefits.

2. Consent to Recording

Volunteer consents to being photographed, filmed, and recorded during D³ Gives Back activities. D³ may use footage and photographs of Volunteer in connection with D³ Gives Back programming, promotional materials, and social media.

3. License to Use Likeness

Volunteer grants D³ a perpetual, royalty-free license to use Volunteer's name, image, and likeness in connection with D³ Gives Back for promotional and documentary purposes.

4. Assumption of Risk

Volunteer acknowledges that community service activities may involve physical activity and other activities that carry inherent risk. Volunteer voluntarily assumes these risks and agrees to follow all safety instructions from D³ event staff.

5. Release of Claims

Volunteer releases D³ from any and all claims arising from Volunteer's participation in D³ Gives Back activities, including claims arising from injury or property damage, except claims arising from D³'s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Conduct

Volunteer agrees to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during D³ Gives Back activities, treat all community members and fellow volunteers with dignity, and comply with all applicable laws and D³ Community Guidelines.

7. Governing Law

This Release is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
