Network Participant Terms
These Network Participant Terms govern your participation in any D³ Media network program, production, event, or initiative operated by D³ | Degrees. Deeds. Disappointments.
1. Acceptance
By participating in any D³ Media program or production, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.
2. Content Rights
D³ Media retains all rights to content produced in connection with network programs, including but not limited to audio, video, photographs, and written materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Likeness and Release
Participants grant D³ Media a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with network programming and promotional materials.
4. Conduct
Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with D³ Media's values of authenticity, respect, and excellence.
5. Confidentiality
Participants may not disclose non-public information about D³ Media productions, programming, or business operations without prior written consent.
