Applicants must be legal adults (18 years of age or older, or 55 and older where specified by the program) and must meet all eligibility requirements established by the production. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or participation.
Selected participants agree to comply with all production schedules, location requirements, and instructions provided by D³ TV production staff. Participants acknowledge that the production environment may involve physical activity, emotional conversations, and public exposure.
D³ TV reserves the right to disqualify any applicant or remove any participant at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misrepresentation on the application, violation of program rules, or conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of others.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from filming locations unless otherwise specified by production. Participation is uncompensated unless a separate written agreement specifying compensation has been executed.
