Participant Application Terms

These Participant Application Terms govern your submission of an application to participate in D³ original programming. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the Application

Submitting a participant application is not a guarantee of selection. D³ reviews all applications and selects participants in its sole discretion. Submission of an application does not create any contractual relationship, employment relationship, or obligation on the part of D³.

2. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide in your application is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate disqualification or removal from a Production.

3. Application Materials

All application materials you submit, including video submissions, photographs, and written responses, become the property of D³ and may be used for casting, promotional, and archival purposes. D³ is not obligated to return application materials.

4. No Compensation for Application

D³ does not compensate applicants for submitting an application. Submission of an application does not entitle you to any payment, credit, or other compensation.

5. Review Process

D³ will review applications on a rolling basis. D³ is not required to provide a reason for non-selection. Application review timelines vary by Production.

6. If Selected

If your application is selected, you will be contacted by D³ with next steps. Selection is conditioned on your execution of the D³ Master Participant Agreement (D3-PART-MASTER) and any applicable Program Addendum, completion of any required background check, and compliance with all applicable Production requirements.

7. Background Check

D³ may conduct a background check as part of the participant selection process. By submitting an application, you consent to a background check if requested.

8. Confidentiality

By submitting an application, you acknowledge that information about D³ Productions that you learn during the application process is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

9. Data Use

Information you provide in your application will be used to evaluate your application, communicate with you about your application, and maintain casting records. See the D³ Privacy Notice for more information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
